William serves as Senior Research Associate for the Incubator team at the NISS. He contributes to the NISS Research Team’s analysis and evaluation efforts by supporting data collection, data analysis, and communication of findings for programs across the National Institute for Student Success.  Through data-driven evaluation, he plays a crucial role in advancing the organization’s mission to improve student outcomes.

Prior to his role with the NISS, William achieved an MBA with a specialization in Data Analytics. Over several years. he worked with institutions as a senior consultant, where he focused primarily on assisting clients with program administration and data analytics support.
