Burning Glass Institute, Programs that Make A Difference: Workforce Outcomes for Georgia State University Student Success Program Participants

This report evaluates how Georgia State University's National Institute for Student Success  (NISS) student success interventions are related to long-run workforce outcomes. Using student-level records provided by GSU and matched career history data from the Burning Glass Institute's comprehensive career history profile dataset -- which now encompasses more than 65-million American workers, representing two-thirds of the college-educated workforce-- researchers analyzed students across four major student success initiatives:
