Dynamics of Merit-Based Scholarships in Georgia, April 2021 Report
This report uses administrative data from the University System of Georgia (USG) to examine scholarship receipt and changes among Georgia residents who entered USG institutions as freshmen in and after the 2014-2014 academic year. It examines rates at which the USG students earn, lose, and regain HOPE and Zell Miller Scholarships and differences in these dynamics across student populations.
