Fostering College Institutional Change

From 2019 -2022, Achieving the Dream (ATD) and MDRC investigated change efforts at nine Florida colleges in ATD's network to identify the driving factors that prompt or sustain change. The factors they discovered include the importance of having strategic plans, defined and applied student success practices, and collaborative leadership and inclusive decision-making.
