Georgia State Triples Graduation Rate of Black Male Students
Within a few short years, Georgia State University has turned around a low graduation rate of 30%. By 2018, GSU has tripled the graduation rate for Black male students and now graduates more Black students than any other U.S. College. Interventions include a chatbot that answers students’ questions and a portal that walks students through enrollment steps.
