
Student Success through Digital Innovation: A Change Management Model
This report combines an analysis of digital innovations at Georgia State University that are designed to enhance student success with the Pettigrew (1985, 1987, 1990) change management model. The model highlights the context of change, the process of making change, and the content of change. The result is a change management model that can be adapted by other institutions of higher education for managing their own digital innovation initiatives for student success.
