Student Success through Digital Representation and Digital Mediation, UIA Report
Representation-dominant and mediation-dominant technologies can assist institutions of higher education in their efforts to improve student success. Representation-dominant technologies monitor and predict student behaviors while mediation-dominant technologies facilitate information sharing, problem solving, and decision making. Student success programs could benefit from technology that is utilizing predictive analytics and mediation strategies to guide students on the path to graduation.
