As a Program Advisor, Aimee Kahn-Foss supports clients through diagnostic analysis and playbook development. She also coaches clients through implementing NISS recommendations on their campuses. Before joining the NISS, Aimee spent fourteen years working in admissions and enrollment management, including five years as Director of Admission at Agnes Scott College. Her passion for breaking down institutional barriers comes from working closely with students and understanding how many barriers they must overcome even before they arrive on a college campus, let alone once they begin their undergraduate journeys. Aimee has seen the positive change to student experiences and outcomes that occurs when staff, faculty, and administrators work collaboratively to improve student success and eliminate gaps.
