Emily Buis is a Project Coordinator for the National Institute for Student Success. She manages the TEACH ME project funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Post-Secondary Student Success Grant. With over 10 years of higher education experience, working in advising, managing undergraduate research programs and new student experience, Ms. Buis understands the many challenges that students face and aims to create meaningful impact to support them. She is cited in print and digital publications including POLITICO, WABE, and The Hechinger Report.
