As a NISS coach, Kelly Koch supports clients through diagnostic analysis and playbook development. She also coaches clients with implementing NISS recommendations on their campuses. Kelly’s passion for removing institutional barriers and implementing data-driven student success initiatives was built over numerous years of working one-on-one with students in both advising and tutoring.
Kelly Koch came to the NISS from Columbus State University where she served as the Associate Director of Advising. Kelly has over 12 years of advising experience in higher education and is currently working on her doctorate degree from Columbus State University in higher education administration. She also received both her master’s in higher education leadership and bachelor’s in English, with a concentration in professional writing from Columbus State University.
