Linda Pham is a data analyst at the NISS, where she works with both quantitative and qualitative data from partner institutions to support the diagnostic process, identify analytical needs, and generate insights that promote student success. Before joining the NISS, she earned her master’s degree from Clark University. Linda also held data analyst roles at Urban College of Boston and City Colleges of Chicago, gaining extensive experience in institutional research and effectiveness. She is passionate about uncovering meaningful insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and enjoys designing complex, yet practical, data visualizations for stakeholders.
