Todd is Chief Operating Officer at InLight Real Estate Partners focusing on operational excellence. He has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, real estate, and financial services. Todd started his career at SunTrust and spent over 20 years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. In 1995, he founded the Structured Real Estate Group, creating innovative real estate capital structures for corporate clients. The group provides debt and equity capital for various real estate projects, generally for single tenants. Since inception, the Structured Real Estate Group has provided over $15 Billion in real estate capital to clients of the bank. Todd was also the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey for 3 years and Executive Vice President, Head of Specialties in the commercial bank. Prior to joining InLight, he served as Chief Specialty Banking Officer and EVP with Ameris Bank, where he was responsible for the specialty banking division including premium finance, dealer services, Small Business Administration, and USDA government-guaranteed lending lines of business. Todd has a Master’s of Science in Finance from Georgia State University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, and is a CFA charter holder.
