Dr. Winnie Tsang-Kosma has been a University Administrator since 1995 leading the support of student success by minimizing technology-related barriers for students, faculty, and staff. She serves as a functional expert liaison for internal and external technical teams to assist with technologies evaluation and supports Student Information System implementation for process improvement and university academic polices as well as any related third-party systems to work with existing technologies. She is experienced in the design, development and delivery of cost-effective, high-performance implementation solutions to meet challenging organization technological change demands for the higher education environment.
